Gregory O. Minott, Principal
Gregory Minott is originally from Mandeville, Jamaica. He moved to the U.S. in 1999 and earned dual Master’s degrees in Architecture and Infrastructure Planning at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Prior to founding DREAM Collaborative, Gregory was project architect for a number of award-winning building and urban renewal projects while working at the Boston-based firm Elkus Manfredi Architects.
In 2010, Gregory received the AIA’s National Young Architects Award. The AIA specifically recognized his significant contributions to more livable communities, better connected neighborhoods, and more durable and sustainable urban environments. Gregory is a registered architect in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and he is a LEED accredited professional.
Gregory serves as Design Chair for Dudley Square Main Streets Merchant Association, a commercial revitalization organization located in Boston’s historic Dudley Square Commercial District. He has been invited to speak on issues in design, sustainability, and urban revitalization, and he enjoys participating in community engagement events related to these topics. Gregory has two young sons and is active in his church. He also enjoys tennis, soccer, and mountain biking.
Troy Depeiza, Principal
Troy Depeiza is originally from Bridgetown, the capital of Barbados. He has lived in the U.S. since 1990 and earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Prior to co-founding DREAM Collaborative, Troy worked as a project architect and project manager at top Boston area design firms including Perkins + Will, Elkus Manfredi Architects, and Arrowstreet Architects.
Troy is highly skilled in the technical execution of building and urban renewal projects as well as in facilitating a collaborative effort between owners, consultants, neighborhoods, city officials, and contractors to ensure a smooth construction process and timely project completion. Troy’s commitment to superior client service and his strong collaborative spirit have won him lasting relationships with clients and design and construction professionals throughout Massachusetts. Troy lives in Lowell, Massachusetts with his wife and two children. He enjoys running and is an active member of his church.
Daniel Riggs, Project Architect
Daniel Riggs is a graduate of Northeastern University where he minored in Urban Studies and earned a Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Architecture. His expertise includes design, documentation, and project management duties for multifamily housing projects, including affordable housing. His experience also includes more than two dozen restaurant projects and significant retail experience. Dan is highly skilled in design software applications including BIM/Revit. Prior to joining DREAM Collaborative, Dan worked for Davis Square Architects, Perkins Eastman, and Sousa Design Architects.
David Franck, Job Captain
David Franck is an experienced designer who has worked on all phases of architectural design and construction administration for both new buildings and renovation projects. Prior to joining DREAM Collaborative, David worked for Stantec (formly ADD Inc.). David earned his Master’s degree at the Spitzer School of Architecture of the City College of New York.
Brittany Carey, Designer
Originally from Newburgh, New York, Brittany Carey has lived in Boston since 2008 and earned both a Bachelor and Masters of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Brittany joined DREAM Collaborative in 2013 and has played an integral role in all major work since then including multi-family housing, mixed-use commercial, and community development projects. She has successfully documented projects from schematic design through construction documents and seen them through construction administration. Brittany brings a valuable experience in BIM, drawing production, and consultant and client coordination. Outside of work, she enjoys running, playing soccer, hiking, snowboarding and biking.
Harmony Larson, Marketing Director
Harmony Larson has been working with Gregory Minott and Troy Depeiza since 2006 when all three were employees of Elkus Manfredi Architects. Harmony manages strategic communication including DREAM Collaborative’s web site and newsletter, and is responsible for coordinating proposals, presentations, photography, and anything else that needs her eye for graphic design or writer’s touch. When she is not in the trenches at DREAM, Harmony is loving life with three young sons and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
Gregory Mateo, Office Manager
Gregory Mateo brings significant experience in office management and business administration, as well as a strong foundation in drafting and design. His responsibilities span day-to-day operations including supporting accounting, project teams, and marketing, as well as managing IT issues, human resources, and creating and implementing new systems. In addition to managing office operations, Gregory is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Architecture and the Boston Architectural College.
Ashani Logan, Junior Designer
Ashani is originally from Portmore, Jamaica. He migrated to the U.S. in 2009, where he now lives in the Greater Boston area. Ashani received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University. He is a recipient of the Gates Millennium Scholarship and intends to pursue graduate studies. Ashani joined DREAM Collaborative in 2016 as an intern and returned as a junior designer in 2017.
Eugenio Fernandez, Consulting Architect
Eugenio is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico and earned a Bachelor in Environmental Design as well as Master of Architecture degree. He is a registered architect in Massachusetts and a LEED Accredited Professional with more than 10 years of experience. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
