Project Overview
DREAM Collaborative worked with the City of Salem to complete an assessment of 5 Fire Department buildings, including the Department’s headquarters, which also houses the Electrical Department. The buildings ranged from being built in the late 1880s to the 1970s.
The assessment included a baseline of existing conditions, the development of a capital needs and prioritization list for capital improvements, deferred maintenance, and repairs. DREAM also completed initial studies for the first potential renovation projects the City could pursue.
