On October 22, 2020, Gregory Minott, Managing Principal of DREAM Collaborative, delivered a keynote address at the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association’s North East Developers Forum.

Grounded in his unique experience, Greg discussed how affordable housing gets built, who builds it, and who operates it. More specifically, he addressed the use of Passive House design and open space to improve resident health and welfare and design to maximize equity, diversity, and inclusion in communities.
