DREAM Collaborative offers the flexibility to work on design-oriented, mission-driven projects, as well as large, mixed-use commercial projects in the central business district. DREAM has an immediate need for a Design Coordinator I who is a highly-motivated, self-starter with sharp graphic skills to add to our growing design team. This is a unique opportunity for a creative team player to work closely with the firm partners to help shape the growth of our firm.

Key Responsibilities
- Support project team to generate innovative, relevant design concepts for all project types
- Participate in design activities of multiple projects from concept through construction administration
- Generate compelling graphics (2D, 3D, and virtual) for project presentations and marketing
- Create 3D renderings in 3D Max, Rhino or similar
Expertise / Experience
- 1+ years of professional design experience required
- Bachelor’s in Architecture required, Master’s degree preferred
- High level of proficiency in Revit Modeling, AutoCAD drafting skills, SketchUp, Adobe CC, and Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Strong graphic design sensibility and technical proficiency is a plus
