DREAM Collaborative offers the flexibility to work on design-oriented, mission-driven projects, as well as large, mixed-use commercial projects in the central business district. DREAM has an immediate need for exceptional Senior Project Architects for commercial projects of various types, scales, and budgets. The Senior Project Architect is responsible for managing multiple teams and deadlines with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate must have a track record of meeting schedule deadlines and budgets and forging strong relationships with clients. Candidates must be passionate about executing design projects and enthusiastic about leading and mentoring staff and contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented work environment. Candidates should be extremely organized and detail-oriented, skilled in the latest industry software, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Has overall project management responsibility for a variety of projects and/or project teams, client contact, scheduling and budgeting

Qualifications
- Bachelor / Master of Architecture with 15+ years of experience
- Current Massachusetts architectural registration; LEED Accreditation is a plus
- Solid understanding of ADA, MAAB, FHA and other applicable Codes
- Ability to lead, manage and coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, technical leads and deal with municipal authorities regarding the project’s design and construction
- Has a complete understanding of construction documents, building materials and systems, solid methods of construction and administration, and the integration of building services, structure, core and building envelope elements
- Understands and coordinates technical issues relating to sustainability and energy conservation
- Thorough knowledge of interior and exterior building systems and ability to produce technical details
- Construction administration experience and knowledge of construction methods
- Expert level Revit Modeling, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Multifamily and large-scale mixed-use experience is required
- Chapter 149A experience / public work experience is a plus
