As part of the Massachusetts Housing Partnership’s Complete Neighborhoods Initiative community assistance program, DREAM partnered with Kittelson Associates to assist the towns of North Attleborough and Plainville in envisioning the future of their shared crossroads, the Kelley Boulevard area.
Our team provided zoning and urban design services to re-imagine the area as a mixed-use walkable neighborhood that will improve the quality of life of current and future residents and businesses. DREAM was instrumental in providing zoning recommendations and design guidelines to support the desired character and uses.
