We join firms nationwide in an effort to integrate sustainable design practices into our design process. As of our 2023 Design Data Exchange (DDx) reporting, our firm-wide portfolio of new construction has 88% energy savings over base levels of building emissions—exceeding commitment targets.

Our work under construction that was reported includes three multifamily residential projects being built to Passive House standards: The Kenzi, 2147 Washington Street, and LeClair Village. These projects feature sustainable, affordable and accessible housing options for neighborhood residents to live in their own communities while also leaving a light carbon footprint.
