DREAM is a full-service architectural design firm. We provide our clients with comprehensive design services from concept design through construction administration. Our work encompasses a wide range of project types and scales, from new build to adaptive reuse, deep energy retrofits and renovations of existing buildings. DREAM’s work strives to meet the highest level of sustainability possible, from Net Zero to Passive House, LEED and beyond. Our design team is made up of passionate problem-solvers who work closely with mission-aligned clients to fully embrace their goals and challenges to ensure beautiful and responsive solutions and outcomes.

Overview
The firms development arm specializes in real estate acquisition, financial underwriting, sales and marketing, and project management, applying its expertise in planning, design, and construction to add value to real estate development projects. We target middle market renters and buyers with mixed-income, mixed-use developments that typically range from 50-200 units, or 300+ units in partnership. We assemble land through public land dispositions and partnerships with private landowners, and derive revenue from fees and rental NOI. By combining market-driven uses and utilizing local investment and subsidy vehicles, we maximize value for all stakeholders.
